I initially applied for this position during my practicum in nursing school. I wasn't licensed as an RN yet during the interview and selection process. I was contacted by the research recruiter for BSW due to my extensive background in clinical research and the manager being interested in what I had to offer. An interview was scheduled and conducted in mid-May and I didn't meet with the physician panel until August. I was offered a position after meeting with the physician panel and that's when things got rolling.
