I was scheduled for a first-round interview, but no one reached out at the scheduled time. After following up to express continued interest, I was rescheduled for the following week — only to have the interview canceled 20 minutes beforehand due to a “business-critical meeting.” I agreed to move the interview to the next day, but received no confirmation. The following week, I was contacted again to meet on short notice. I proposed an alternative time for the next day, which was confirmed. However, the interview was rescheduled yet again just two hours before the meeting.
After two weeks of repeated last-minute cancellations and poor communication, I decided to withdraw my application.
