Assessment Center with other candidates (composed of Bayer Heads and an outsource company, Cologne Institute for Management) Bayer heads were very accommodating, but one of the senior psychologist of the outsource company was rude. He cut me off while I was talking even if I still have a lot of time for the interview. It seemed like at the start of the interaction, he already set his eyes to reject me. He also had this tone of voice that sounded so fake, like as if he cared, even if he already had a preconceived notion about me. I mean, I get it, not everyone gets the job. But how I wish I was treated differently by the outsource.
