I recently interviewed with this organization and had a mixed experience.
The technical round was conducted smoothly and was a positive interaction. However, the process became unclear afterward. I was initially informed that the second round would be with a client, but it was later changed to a discussion with the internal management team without much explanation.
Despite preparing thoroughly for both the role and the organization, the second interview was very brief (around 15–20 minutes) and consisted mostly of basic questions such as career goals, background, and general fit. There was limited opportunity to demonstrate skills or discuss the role in depth.
What was most disappointing was receiving a negative outcome without any constructive feedback. After clearing the technical round, I believe candidates deserve at least a brief explanation to understand where they fell short.
A more structured and transparent process, along with meaningful feedback, would significantly improve the candidate experience.
