Interview
I had a phone interview followed by a zoom and then a final in-person interview. The phone call was short, approx 10 minutes and the second two interviews were 30 minutes each.

They asked how I would decorate my desk. Interesting question, they definitely look through your entire personality to see if you fit in with the team.
