Phone interview, 1:1 style, was concise and informal. Followed up with a half-day mixed with panels and 1:1 interviews. Personnel were on-time, cordial and professional. Planning of the interviews was well done by HR, however personnel had problems finding enough to ask during the time allotted. Office as bright, clean and well configured. While waiting, employees walking through the building seemed happy and not overwhelmed. I did not get the impression that employees were prepped prior to the interview, as the questions had no flow and some employees resorted to canned questions.
