Bauman Rare Books interview questions

Three process interview. Pre round is an application with 5 easy essay type questions intended to gague your knowledge of books and literature. First round is a general personality test ( describe moments that have been challenging, how do you feel working with small company, what would you do in this situation, behavioral stuff.) Second is a more focused interview about your history and knowledge of liberal arts- specifically each category of books sold, history, timelines, authors. Third round is a meeting with all the CEO's and owners to determine your value. Long process.
