I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Battenfeld Technologies (Warsaw, IL)

Interview

Corporate (AOB) is friendly,but the atmosphere in Columbia was a little guarded and odd. Secretive. Didn’t leave a conference room 15 feet from the unattended front door. Interviewed over lunch, 11-2:30 or so and was never offered food, which seemed odd. Weird experience.

There was a panel of engineers that ask you basic questions, they use a lot of creo and windchill so thats a plus if you are familiar with those products. They are very nice people, no one super intimidating.
