I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Murray, UT) in Aug 2013
Interview
I approached a sales lead about the job position and she asked me a few questions (age, availability, etc.). I got a call and scheduled an interview with her (you normally interview with a sales lead or a store manager). It was meant to be a group interview, but I was the only one that showed up. I dressed above the dress standard (I dressed business, dress standard for B&BW is jeans and a white shirt) and had a one-on-one interview. Before the interview, you are to choose a product from the store that you like and take it with you to the interview. She asked basic questions like: why do you want to work here? What makes you think you'd do a good job? Then she had me try to sell the product that I chose as if I was an employee, including a demo.
I heard these interviews are normally group ones, so be prepared to be social. Team players are what they're looking for.
I didn't have a second interview and was hired. Base pay of $7.75.

Interview
Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
