You have to print the application from the website and bring it to whatever store you want to work in. It's best if you give the application to a manager. They sometimes do on the spot mini interviews, so take advantage and dress to impress. After they review your application, they will call you and ask if you are available to come in for a group interview.

They asked me: if I would be available on the weekends and after closing time? They also asked: how would you describe yourself? And most important: What made you apply to Bath & Body Works? And: Are you a team player?
Group interview, asked if I had experience, what products I liked, etc
Was with around 6 other girls, sat in a circle with us taking turns answering questions. Around 15 minutes, we were all hired
