I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Hurst, TX) in Sept 2014
Interview
Very informal, it was an easy interview. You must be very outgoing, saying things they like to hear. For example: You love the products, love working with people and making them feel happy. Willing to do anything to help get the job done. You are a team player and you can work any shift weekend, nights, or early mornings. You need to touch people by giving them hand demos and spray fragrance mist on them.
