I handed my application in to one of the store managers on a Monday, and she scheduled me for an interview that Wednesday. The manager who was scheduled to conduct the interview wasn't there, so the manager who accepted my application conducted the interview. It was a group interview that consisted of myself and another candidate. The manager started off telling us a bit about herself and the company, and what they are looking for. From there she took turns asking us questions, and afterwards asked us if we had any questions for her. She told us we would receive a call in 7 - 10 days about the job. About a month had gone by, and I didn't hear from them. I called the store to see what the status was, and I was told that they already hired who they were going to hire. She also mentioned that they are sticklers when it comes to their time frame. Honestly I thought it was kind of rude of them not to call, and say we decided to go with another candidate. To me something is better than nothing.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
