I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Macon, GA) in Feb 2009
Interview
The group interview consisted of six other candidates, including myself. When I first arrived, I was asked to pick my favorite Bath & Body Works product to have with me during the interview process. The interview questions were basic (tell me about yourself; why do you want to work here; what did you like/dislike about your last job; etc). We were also asked why the product we chose was our favorite product. After the interviewer finished the interview, she told us about how much we would be paid an hour and how many days we would work. The interview took about 30 minutes.
The interviewer and the other employees were very friendly and bubbly. The environment seemed to be a fun one.

Interview
Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
basic interview on your commong skills in the workplace asking questions like what was a difficult experience you had and how did you deal with it, what are your strong and weak points, etc.
