I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
I got referred by a current employee and since that relationship was there we chatted about why I would make a good asset to the team which was great! She was attentive to what I said but getting the referral helped me the most which allowed me to get the job. She ask me to sell her something in the store and that was easy and she told me after that she would get back to me after some reference checks

Question 1
Why do I want to work at bath and body works? What's my favorite product?
I applied online. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Mays Landing, NJ) in May 2017
Interview
Went directly to their website and applied online in the careers section. After applying, I called the store and left my name and within a week got a call for a group interview with 3 other people. The interview was held in the back room of the store with the store manager. The interview lasted about 20-30 minutes. Questions were very easy and we were informed about expected duties, possible schedules, and some store policies. After the interview was over the manager informed us that we would hear from her within the next 2 weeks if we got the job. I did not get the job however, a friend of mine did. She first received an email informing her she got the job about a week and half after the interview and then she got a call a few days later.

Question 1
Why did you choose to apply to Bath and Body Works and why do you think it is a good fit for you?
You have an employee discount and you are not allowed to share it with family or friends, what do you do if someone asks you to use their discount on them?
I applied online and later followed up on my application in person. I got a call the next day asking to schedule an interview, which happened a few days later. When I arrived for my interview, I was told by the interviewer to pick out my favorite product while we waited for the other candidate to arrive. I was then taken to the back where the interview took place. The interviewer first asked me to tell her about myself and then went in to some sales-related questions. I was also asked if I had any cashier experience, how willing I was to work the Floorset Associate shift (which is typically 6pm-1am), and if I had any questions. I also had to explain why I chose the product I chose and how I would sell it to a customer.
