I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Bath Fitter in Jan 2010
Interview
Online application, online testing, initial phone interview, phone appointment of in person interview, very professional in person interview at branch location with a manager with whom you would seemingly be proud to work under, second phone interview and still waiting on 2nd in person interview. Process takes 4 to 6 weeks apparently. Very impressed with the way company presents itself and the level of new employee training offered.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bath Fitter (New York, NY) in May 2019
Interview
I was reached out to via Indeed and was told I might be a good fit. We organized a phone call that took maybe 15 mins to discuss how the job works. High income potential and daily vetted leads. I agreed to another interview where the RVP went right into explaining the sales rep comp plan. It was really odd to say the least since we covered nothing on my resume but went straight into money. The sales manager position has a very low base(~27k) and you would need to sell your own accounts, train, and recruit new sales people who would be basically 100% commission. Selling as a manager for a year is their way of vetting a manager to see if they can sell before moving them on to a real sales manager comp plan. We didnt move forward because to me it seemed like a lot of roles would conflict with the job. The comp plan seems legit but its a big leap if you have a family to support without a higher base.
