Relaxed and conversational interview, not stressful at all. Interviewers were consultants and held a pre interview chat the day before. Heard back within a day for the next round of interviews.

45 minute interview then longer second round interviews. The first round was virtual and the second round can either be done virtually or in person in their office in Washington D.C.
Straightfoward case, but behavioral interview felt very scripted. Interviewers (2) did not engage with responses, but instead asked the following question. Overall, a fine process. Didn't make the second round.
