There is at least two rounds of interviews with the CTO. The first round was a phone interview where we discussed the position and my experience generally. The second interview is a video call where discuss the results of a take home coding assignment. All other communications are via email.

Even if we did not continue our recruitment process, Batch had a straightforward interviewing process with no delays, and an approach that made sense for the position of EM. The interviews were on the difficult side, but it makes sense given the position.
