SCAM BEWARE. First, do your research; besides the email address they provide there is not one shred of evidence that they exist. No phone number, no address, no salary reviews, no business registration, NOTHING. They posted a very vague job posting on linkedin stating the salary was 60k. I was contacted by email stating they were impressed by my application and it was accepted, within 2 minutes they had resent me the email again and then texted me the same exact message. I move forward and schedule my first 'interview' at the end of the week. (They are bombarding you with unregulated computer generated emails and texts in the mean time). I prepare for the meeting and join on Zoom, "hr" jumps in the chat and says "were not ready, well be ready in a few minutes" Okay so I wait. THEN THEY PLAY A RECORDING similar to the 90's voicemails "hey *pause* how's it going *pause* about 30 seconds in you realize this isn't a live person. When the video ends, they send you this insane email stating "hank you for taking the time to interview with us today. After sitting down with our candidates you have been shortlisted for a second Zoom interview." but you haven't even had a first.. So I agree just to see where it was going, I received maybe 6 emails and texts outside of business hours proving me about a second interview "dress business casual, have a notepad, come up with 5 things that set you apart from our other candidates (I don't even know what the job is how can do that). I get on the interview and its a MLM scheme, THIS IS A SALES POSITION. I tell the guy that this is deceptive and I have no interest working with a company that I don't trust and his response was "The first round is a webinar not an interview." I told him not once was it called a webinar and starting reading verbatim the messages and emails sent to me and ended communication. they just lie and squirm and bombard you with messages in hopes of pressuring people into their stupid little commission $15/hr position. Every single thing was a lie including the job posting. Be smart people, if it feels yucky, it is.
