it's a very standard 3 to 4 part interview process, they require a background check which can take up to a week and a half, depending on your local office, as well as a urinalysis, aka drug screen.

Interviewed by two managers the same day (different interviews), got a call for an offer later that day and then did my drug screening and started work the next week.

They called me and I went to Bass Pro Shop for my interview. I interviewed with the assistant manager. A great guy with amazing managerial skills! A few days later they called me and I accepted the offer to work in the fishing dept!

I received a phone screen within a week of applying. Then I was asked to come in for an interview the following week. On the day of the interview, I met with the supervisor first and then the department manager.
