Interview
Long process. They took a lot of time to ask questions, but they were very thorough in determining how you work, experience, and which softwares you are most proficient in using.

Question 1
How do I deal with stress? What do I want in a work environment?
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Basile Studio in Oct 2021
Interview
Called me at 6 pm my time while driving home, without any prior notice or scheduling. The first question I got ask is, "why do you want to work for us?". It completely caught me off guard. I have been job hunting for two weeks now, and I can't remember every detail about the firm I applied to. The question itself seems more like an interview question than something a firm would ask over a cold call; in that case, I expected to be contacted at least in advance. It seems very unprofessional, and I have not had any other firm do this kind of interview/ questioning.
