The hiring process for this agency is the most bizarre and invasive I’ve ever encountered. Right off the bat, they send you 2 tests to complete - a behavioral and a cognitive assessment. Based off your results for that they decide if you’re even worth talking to. Maybe try having actual conversations with people to get to know them instead of forcing them to take these types of tests. Or maybe just ask for recommendations from people who have actually worked with the candidate? Seems bizarre to just absolutely ghost people because they don’t match some sort of score on a test even if they meet the job requirements. After reading the other interview reviews I’m glad I didn’t go further into the interview process.
