Interview process and experience was fantastic. The leadership experience was brilliant and would love to be a part of this team. I could understand the selection of leaders are good and very employee friendly and caring for people which is important for the mental well being.

Good interview process, everyone makes you feel at ease and they are willing to spend time to get to know you as a person, rather than just looking at whether you'd make a good candidate.
