A very down to earth and holistic interview process involving a pretty standard 3 round flow. As a very small company, all interviews were conducted with co-founders, making for a more insightful journey which I personally enjoyed.

Interview
Initial phone screening with typical question's. Followed by a technical assessment which involved basic troubleshooting techniques, and a word problem to be solved using JavaScript in a basic code editor.

Interview
Three Step Process:
1. Interview with one of the Co-Founders. Gave an initial overview of the role and company
2. Technical interview with the head of engineering. React question, live coding exercise.
3. Interview with HR and Co-Founder. Past experience questions.
