Interviewed for a senior associate position, I'm absolutely shocked at how low the salary was and was told the salary I was looking for is vice president level. I had an analyst title and was paid more than their senior associates at my current firm. Highly generic interview, discussed my experience etc.

Overall, it was an extensive process. First, I spoke with a representative from HR. Second, I spoke to the hiring manager for 30 minutes. Then, I spent three hours doing interviews with different members of the team. The questions for this round were both behavioral and technical. Finally, there was a 2.5 hour case followed by 1 hour of feedback on the case with the hiring manager.
