      The second-stage interview was very detailed and competency-based, with a strong focus on real project examples, NEC commercial processes, and how I handle pressure and commercial decision-making. The panel explored my experience in Compensation Events, cost control, and working with contractors and clients. It was a challenging but very fair interview, and it gave me a good opportunity to demonstrate my commercial thinking, communication skills, and suitability
