The interview process consisted of a phone call and a very large design assessment. I’ve never been asked to do this amount of work for an interview. I submitted my work and was told within a day or so by a different individual from whom I had been speaking the whole time that they were not moving on with me. No feedback on my work, no feedback whatsoever. I reached out to the individual who would’ve been reviewing my work to ask for feedback on my work and maybe get some clarity on what I could’ve done better or differently, but I never got any response. It’s a shame. The company seems great and I would’ve loved to work with them. The interview process left a bad taste in my mouth though.
