Interview
Short, well-coordinated and thorough. Well-defined hiring criteria which gave only qualified individuals a chance. We sat through an aptitude Maths and English exam which slashed the hundreds of individuals to a few scores. Then went through a 5-minute interview with a single HR executive who's main interest was to check on competencies for instance, customer service, conflict resolution, team work etc.

Question 1
How I would work through an issue brought to my attention by an irate customer
Interview process went as usual from sending in an application full with all the necessary documents including resume, cover letter and supporting documents such as transcripts. No problems at all at this stage, no major factor to signal. Then subsequently interviewed and all went well

Interview
Set of 3 interviews at different intervals including a psychometric exam which was the first interview to filter candidates. The next interview involved a personality test whereby personal questions are asked regarding work background among others. A security check follows on the third visit. THe process is basically thorough.
