Internal job opening from my old manager. Process took few weeks with 3 rounds from regional and global Run The Bank or support leads.
The questions were simple but budget was pre agreed so there was not negotiation due to lockdown.
There will be 2 round before HR round, one round discusses about candidate technical expertise and second round with senior management explaining barclays values and mindset with the achievements did.

Second was technical interview face to face.
There are supposed to be 2 tech rounds, 1 personality check round and 1 HR.
The process starts with MCQs, the questions are quiet tricky, takes around 45 mins.
Face to Face interview takes around 1 hour.
