Recruitment process was as expected from a company like this. Online tests, application, phone interview, assessment centre and a final interview. too many stages but this is how you can identify the ideal candidates.

Simple questions like why you want to work for this company and why this role. Not anything unexpected.
The interview was moved twice then when is it happen interviewee did not have the camera on and the interview was so uncomfortable. Not a great experience really put me off
Interview was good and very friendly. Question asked about the current profile only. Interview process was very smooth. It takes 1 hour for discussion but overall it's good. If anyone going for interview, Should be well dressed and confident.
