Interview
The process consisted of two rounds. First round on resume and object oriented programming. Second round was behavioural. Both rounds were easy. Prepare well about your projects and oop basics.

Interview
Prepare Resume, Java Questions, Spring Boot, SQL, and normal Behavioral questions. A detailed walkthrough of resume, and if applicable they might ask you the questions on certain coding language such as normal DSA questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Barclays (Pune) in May 2021
Interview
The process took almost one and half month. I had 4 rounds of an interview. You will have one round of interview in 2 weeks.
1st round - Python
2nd round - Python, SQL, Django
3rd round - Managerial/ ethical round
4th round - Devops
Almost cleared all rounds and they conveyed to me that only HR discussion is pending now and we will get in touch with you.
After several days no reply from Barclays side and suddenly they are saying now our position went on hold.
How can be the position is getting on hold after processing a candidate for 4 rounds.
With the gods grace I haven't dropped paper in my current company, if I would have done that and then company is said that we put position on hold, That will be a disaster.
Worst part is they never reply your followup emails, sms and calls. HR is not responsive at all.
