application form- numerical test 1 personality test and 1 behavioural test- telephone interview- final telephone interview. it was a strength based interview, sometimes the questions dont expect you to give examples but i will advice you give examples using the STAR method. Barclays HR are friendly so take your time in structuring your answer.
also HR is taking notes, there might be a min of silence after your answer, hold on for the next question dont extend your answer so you dont ramble

It was an online interview through the HireVue software. I was asked 5 questions where I had 2 minutes to prepare and 3 to answer each question. Questions were mostly about previous situations where I've shown important soft skills, such as leadership.

Online application followed by online interview. Was fairly simple compared to other places, interview consisted of verbal and written responses. They didn’t take long to get back with an outcome either.
