Interview
Barclays hires freshers from any stream for the title of process advisor.
As per my experience i had to give 2 rounds of interview,Telephonic and Video Conference.
The first round of interview took place for about 10-12 minutes.
They will be asking any candidate about there experience(if any)
Educational background
Family background and few questions to check one’s communication skills and presence of mind.
The second round of interview was conducted the day after the HR round.
It was all about verification and and again to check one’s communication skills, presence of mind.
The interviewers will be taking a mock test just to check will one will suitable for the process or not.
The ops round went well, they asked me to wait for the feedback but i think it takes approximately a week or 2 to give any offer.

It went good. Initially it was a virtual interview but ended up a telephonic one. The Hiring Manager just asked me one question related to the job and it was done.

Interview
First was the Hr round & after that you have to appear for the ops round & versant test. In HR round,they give a topic to discuss among group. The person who will talk well in group discussion will shortlisted for further rounds. However,I was not shortlisted from the Hr round.
Not so hard 3 rounds and test were there all over good and mangeable, not much hard, not difficult so much so. And many other things all over good. And a person can do no problem raed about barclays and there things properly and there working about them etc.
