There are 4 rounds of interview Technical - AVP will take this. Techno - Personal - with Manager Personal - With MD Personal - Onsite head for the department If you are through the first 2 rounds. Latter are focused on communication skills and how you handle the project. Since, this is a bank and not a technical firm, everything including how presentable you are matters. Someone having good technical knowledge will never have an issue here
