The standard competency/behaviour tests as well as recorded video interviews and coding questions. After that you are invited to a virtual assessment centre where you do a business scenario interview and a technical interview. For the scenario interview, you are given a document to read during the interview and asked to talk about how you would go about solving the problem. For the technical interview, they ask you ~20 basic technical questions. You also get to choose one of five topics like databases, memory, etc.
