Interview
Had two rounds interviews, met with the manager and the director. They were very nice and easy-going. HR has made a verbal offer and now waiting for the official offer letter.
2 consecutive interview segments- first to summarize current role and address general fit, second involved answering technical questions (on algorithms and options). Good exposure to the team the role would work within.

Interview
interview with 6 persons who hold senior positions at the bank. Everyone asked different questions about the market and personalities questions. So far HR has been extremely helpful with prompt response.
Interview process is long, begins with phone screening, followed by two interviews with management. Can be same day or spread apart. Followed by a meeting with the Head of the group.
