Online application, online assessment (combined situational judgement and numerical reasoning, not timed), HireVue interview. The HireVue interview was a case study. You had to answer numerical and business type question through multiple choice, essay and recording video responses. After that an assessment centre and final interview.

What changes are occurring and how will they impact Barclays?
apply, OA test. There are many questions. They refer quant, communication, calculation, EQ and etc. The interviewees can do the practice before the real test. It is necessary to finish on time and quickly.
It was a video interview. There were four questions (except for the microphone test question), and each was given 30 seconds to think and 2 minutes to answer. The whole process took about 20 minutes.
