The company came on our school campus for an initial company briefing. This was followed by first round interviews in-person at the campus. They came down. Afterwards, we were called as and when selected to go down to the Barclays office in Manhattan (Times Square) to appear in front of the VP's and Managing Directors. The Super Day consisted of multiple rounds with the different members of senior management. The interviews weren't group-specific at that time. Overall, it was pretty much behavioral till the super day at the Barclays office. It became a little technical at that point, but it wasn't too out of the box.
