2. Call for interview but again one MCQ test that technical and 1-1 on paper and pain. 18 scenario based question for just 15 min with 4 pages.
I have hardly seen such process ever. as in if you had too many candidates to sort out then you could have rejected based on the score in the 1st test Or else another test or virtual round but calling the candidate for interview and asking for test that too 1-1 in cabin. 😲
