Face to face interview with hiring manager and a middle level peer. The interview was on time, and I was offered a glass of water. The hiring manager was very direct, whereas the middle level peer seemed to check for fit within the organisation. The hiring manager didn't ask for many specific examples and was unprepared / unstructured for the interview. No feedback provided by the HR contact post interview, just a cold rejection mailer from Seek.
