Interview process is straightforward. Two interview sessions are conducted, one with immediate supervisor and another supervisor to determine fit. Questions were general surrounding knowledge of Clinical research, previous experiences and knowledge of Karmanos.

Very easy and quick interview process. The questions were basic and straightforward, including “tell me about yourself,” “tell me about your experience,” and “why Karmanos?” It felt conversational and overall low stress.
