long process.... need to be patience! I applies in June, got a phone interview ten days after, then skills test and I waited for one month or so for a panel phone interviews, then a face to face panel interview. after I left the panel I received a call from HR for another HR Interview, Got the job offer and then it took about 3 weeks for background check and physical test.
