2 stage process. First interview with GM and HR Manager. Both lovely - was nervous going into interview but not for long. Questions asked very relatable to the post. More of a conversation than under pressure question-firing. Second interview with GM and Regional Manager. Had to do SWOT analysis of company - again both lovely, understood nerves associated with interview process, made me feel more at ease and focus more on the presentation than the nerves! Quick response time post-interview. Great communication in the time that followed to start-date.
