Recruiter Screening: The first step was a casual conversation with the recruiter to discuss my background, skills, and the company. The recruiter was professional and explained the steps of the process well.
Technical Challenge: After the initial screening, I was given a technical challenge to complete. The task was clearly defined, but it required a time investment to implement a full solution. Despite dedicating considerable effort to deliver a polished and functional project, feedback on this stage felt somewhat vague and subjective.
Technical Interview with the Tech Lead: The final step was a one-on-one technical interview with the Tech Lead. It focused on the challenge I submitted, where I explained my design choices and answered follow-up questions. The conversation was constructive, and I was given the impression that the interview went well.
