Interview
The phone interview was fine. However, the first interview felt more like a presentation than an actual interview. I do appreciate them sharing the information about the role, company, and company culture but they leave room for you to ask any questions. Just absorb the information and deal with it. Also I wish they clarified on the job posting that this job is only based on commission and nothing more. The job posting online states a salary not a commission role. I decided not to go forward and withdraw my name from the applicate pool. If you like a commission based salary then great but it's just not for me personally.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me more about yourself (literally the only question asked. Basically an elevator pitch and a review of your resume).

Interview
I am not willing to waste my time for an in person interview for a company that doesn't even screen their interviewees. They just want you to go directly into an 1 hour interview without telling you anything about the company, the position, or what that interview will even entail. A recruiters job is to be able to help you out with the position you applied to. If you are a new graduate and this is your first time looking for a job DO NOT waste your time with a company that does not take their time actually interviewing you.
The screening call was supposed to be for 30 minutes and I got prepared for it, doing research and preparing questions. However, the moment I got on the call the recruiter did not ask me any questions, didn't tell me anything about the company/position, and it was in fact only a 5 minute talk .

Interview
Initial phone interview followed by group interview. A lot of useful information was provided. The group interview took place in a classroom setting. The man conducting the interview was very professional.
