The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Chantilly, VA) in Jun 2009
Interview
You first attend a career briefing. The manager is great. This job is 100% commission. If you work hard, you'll make the money. Then you come back for a group interview. If you choose to proceed you come back for a final third interview. You get an offer or contract and you start as soon as you pass the test for your license.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Muncie, IN) in Mar 2026
Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
