I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bankers Life
Interview
They called for inviting you to an interview, however, the preliminary interview was more like a two-hour long class while a manager kept talking about different successfully experience. But every salary potential he talked about ended with "If you are good at......." Basically they only offer commission-based job. The manager indicated that you will be expected to make cold calls two days a week, and make 15 appointment settlements with 7-8 done and 2 actually sold.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Muncie, IN) in Mar 2026
Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
