Received Unsolicited telephone call on my cellphone (which is on the DNC). Caller informed me that management had seen my resume on Monster.com and invited me to an informational interview. Interview had about 15-20 people of different backgrounds. Here a manager explained the history, philosophy, and benefits of a career with Bankers. At the end we filled out a personality test and handed my resume to the BOA. Was called a week later for a follow up interview, which was another informational interview. Manager apologized for the mix up and scheduled the actual interview later that day. Interview was probably the easiest I had experienced. Ended with manager saying, to the affect, "think about it and I will call you Monday to offer you position". I accepted and regretted that choice ever since.
