I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bankers Life (North Miami, FL) in Oct 2018
Interview
It was not an actual interview. It was a briefing of about 10-13 people, sitting in a classroom, given a piece of paper and a folder, and were all explained what the company was about. They hire just about anyone.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
