within a week I went to 2 "interviews" that were more of a presentation of what the company is about and what you'll be doing and how you make money with them. After that I decided this wasn't for me and didn't go any further with the interviews

It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
