BankUnited interview questions

At first everything went smoothly. Recieved an interview pretty fast, followed by a second interview a few days later. Then over the next 3 weeks, i have reached out to the recruiter who keeps telling me when they should have an answer. It keeps being drawn out and I have to keeping reaching out instead of being updated. Im sure I didnt get it but after the 2nd interview they should have the courtesy to tell you. Recruiter is nice but seems to be a little disorganized as I keep having to remind them which position im inquiring about. They schedule a lot of interviews with different positions at the same time. Also the second interview I thought went well but second person that joined was late, and didnt seem very friendly. I dont like the lack of communication here. Again im not sure if i got the position yet , but by the timing it doesnt seem like good news.
